I also tried to boot with the setup. Now when I boot, I am prompted to “choose an operating system” – Windows 1032 bit or 64 bit.

If I select one of the two options tried bothI get a loading files message, the Dell logo appears for a second and I am then returned to the “Choose an operating system to start” message.

I am also presented with the option to use F8 for advanced options. If I press F8, I get to the advanced boot options screen – I have tried every boot option available and I am back to an endless loop of Dell Logo then Boot manager screen or endless loop of Dell Logo spinning dots.
