So I would suggest you to contact the SENITEL technical support for further troubleshooting as they are the best people who can tell you that this device is compatible with Windows 7 or not.

I have been through several of the posts on here regarding hasp keys and windows 7, and I have tried several of the suggested fixes but nothing is working.

I am using Sigmanest V4 software, Mastercam9, and Mastercam10 software. All three of these programs worked fine with Windows XP service pack3. I have done everything I mentioned above and then some including trying to run the software in compatibility mode.

Nothing I try works, The Sigmanest software seems like it is recognizing the hasp key because it will open, but it will only open in demo mode. The two Mastercam programs are not even recognizing the hasp key. They open and say there is no hasp key present and then close.

After the several years that Windows 7 has been out somebody has had to have come up with an overall fix for this. Maybe they have, but I cannot find it?
